Job summary

Securitas, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer for full-time duties in Ellendale, ND to maintain a safe environment for clients. The role includes access control, patrolling multiple sites, and enforcing site regulations while delivering customer service to employees and visitors.

The ideal candidate will have 18+, a high school diploma or GED, solid tech skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Pre-employment screening is required.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Above average computer/technology skills.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under stress.

• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid/judgment and appropriate escalation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients.

TheSecurity Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to theclient's employees and guests.
