Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer - Weekends in Oshkosh, WI. You will provide visible security, assist visitors, and maintain safety across a manufacturing and industrial setting.

You will conduct patrols, monitor access, and respond to incidents with clear communication and professionalism, supporting a welcoming, safe environment for clients and employees. This role offers weekend shifts and the chance to grow within a leading national security services provider.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing and industrial facilities, production areas, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, and security-related observations for Allied Universal and site leadership.
