Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Weekend Visitor Access Patrol in Chattanooga, TN. You will safeguard clients across various industries and operate using our Claim a Shift platform to build a flexible schedule.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical/petrochemical location, you will perform routine patrols, monitor areas, deter incidents, support access control, and deliver strong customer service. Requirements include a high school diploma and background check.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license may be required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and carry out security procedures per site policies.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical/petrochemical location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, help to deter incidents, support access control activities, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Using computer or tablet tools, you will document observations and respond professionally to security-related needs. Pay Rate: $15.60 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and notification protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, perimeter, parking areas, access points, and other assigned areas.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as directed, and report unauthorized activity or irregular conditions.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observed conditions accurately, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
