Job Overview

As a Security Officer - CRE Patrol in South San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Commercial Real Estate. Your duties include monitoring assigned areas, assisting tenants and visitors, and maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents. A valid driver's license is required, as driving may be part of your duties. We value agility, reliability, and integrity, working collaboratively to foster a positive environment.

Position Details

• Type: Part Time
• Pay Rate: $23.95 / Hour
• Schedule: Sat 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM, Sun 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service following security procedures and responding to emergencies.
• Respond calmly to incidents and conduct routine patrols.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized access.
• Document incidents and communicate with property management.
• Stay alert to environmental changes and adapt accordingly.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (required for driving roles).
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check and drug screening required.
