Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and vendors by following security procedures and policies.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and maintain visitor logs at a manufacturing/industrial site.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, production areas, parking, and facility perimeter to identify unusual activity.
• Complete required reports and communicate observations to leadership and site contacts.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain visitor logs, and help control entry and exit at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site-specific procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Complete required reports, maintain accurate access-related documentation, and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
