Job Description

As a Security Officer - Warehouse Patrol - Part Time in Sanford, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, interacting with staff and visitors, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. You will be part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, always putting people first and acting with integrity. Your presence and professionalism contribute to a secure and welcoming environment for everyone on site.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $13.30 / Hour

DayTime

Mon 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

Tue 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

Wed 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter.
• Assist in emergency response activities as needed, following established protocols.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards within the location.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, site personnel, and visitors.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• North Carolina Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Experience with customer service is preferred.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
