As a **Security Officer - Healthcare Site Patrol - Afternoon Shift** in **Fayetteville, NC** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a healthcare setting, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors. Your presence and routine patrols contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, while your strong communication and customer service skills support positive interactions. You will respond to incidents as needed and assist with access control and other security-related tasks, reflecting our commitment to teamwork, integrity, and putting people first.

**Position Type: Part Time**

**Pay Rate: $15.91 / Hour**

**Job Schedule:**

**Day** **Time**

Thur02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Sun04:00 PM - 08:01 PM

**Responsibilities:**

+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the healthcare location.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.

+ Observe and report any unusual activity or conditions to the appropriate personnel.

+ Assist staff, patients, and visitors with directions and general inquiries as needed.

+ Support access control measures by monitoring entrances and exits.

+ Document all incidents and activities according to site protocols.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.

+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.

+ Experience with alarm panels is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
