• Complete required reports, activity logs, and incident documentation accurately and timely.

You will respond to alarms, assist with access control and badge processes, document activity using computer or tablet systems, and deliver exceptional customer service. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $19.76 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• DayTime Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including business spaces, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations, while documenting observations and reporting unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to deter unauthorized access and supporting a professional workplace environment.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and notification procedures.
• Complete required reports, activity logs, and incident documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
