Qualifications

Pay Rate: $18.60 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue: 04:00 PM - 12:30 AM
• Wed: 04:00 PM - 12:30 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or employees while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access control policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access to the distribution location by verifying credentials, screening visitors and delivery personnel, issuing visitor passes, and maintaining accurate entry and exit records.
• Observe incoming and outgoing vehicle activity at gates, docks, and designated access points, following established procedures for driver check-in, trailer movements, and restricted-area access.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the business, perimeter, parking areas, loading docks, and other designated areas to help deter unauthorized activity and report security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
