GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer!

Ready to serve as a Security Guard in a concierge role? Your ability to build meaningful connections is key. Share how your natural engagement reassures and inspires confidence.

As a Security Officer – Concierge, you'll focus on customer service, working with people across shifts in environments like office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

What’s In It For You

• Site Location: Romoland, CA
• Set schedule: 24 hours per week, with shifts on Saturday (1am - 9am), Sunday (9am - 5pm), & Monday (12pm - 8pm), including 1st/2nd/3rd shifts
• Competitive hourly wage of $18.35 / Hour (DailyPay available)

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties: greeting, verifying identity, guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform patrols to identify risks
• Inspect and report security equipment needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate concerns
• Ensure safety of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and 32hr security training (additional training available during hiring)
