Job summary

Securitas USA is holding open interviews for security officers in Bismarck, ND. Walk-ins are welcome at 919 S 7th St. Suite 207, from 10AM to 1PM. Wage range is $19.50–$25.00 per hour. This role involves access control, patrols, and ensuring safety across client sites.

We offer benefits including medical/dental/vision and 401K, paid training, uniforms, and weekly pay. Candidates must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to pass pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening including drug screen and background investigation.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions.
• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Provide customer service and information to employees and guests.
• Utilize technology devices during shift.
• Conduct property tours.
