Securitas US Business Unit in Bismarck, ND is hosting open interviews for security officers. Walk-ins welcome at 919 S 7th St. Suite 207, during 10AM-1PM on 9/16. Wage range is $19.50-$25.00 per hour.

We’re hiring across North Dakota including Bismarck, Devils Lake, Ellendale, Fargo, Grand Forks, Harwood, and Minot. Responsibilities include monitoring premises, controlling access, patrolling, and reporting issues; duties may include tours and incident response. Benefits and uniforms are provided.

Qualifications

• :18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to theclient's employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.
