Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by following site procedures and access control protocols.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, screen visitors/deliveries, and maintain access logs.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and coordinate with site contacts and first responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including shipping/receiving zones and perimeters.
• Observe and report suspicious activity or policy violations to support daily security operations.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by following site-specific procedures, access control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.

• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, screen visitors and/or deliveries, and maintain required access records to help support authorized site access.

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders when appropriate.

• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including business areas, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and perimeter points, as working environments and conditions may vary by site.

• Observe and report suspicious activity, unusual conditions, and/or policy violations to help support security-related operations and daily site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
