• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain visitor logs, and direct individuals to appropriate facility contacts in accordance with established procedures.
• Assist with controlling entry and exit of personnel, vehicles, and materials at manufacturing and industrial locations, reporting unauthorized access attempts or irregular activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access areas, production-adjacent spaces, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortability using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
