Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and contractors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location.
• Monitor access points, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor entry records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, restricted areas, parking locations, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, access issues, and other security-related observations.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
