Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer for an unarmed vehicle patrol role in Menomonee Falls, WI. The position requires a valid driver’s license, good customer service, and the ability to follow security procedures at an automotive manufacturing site.

The role offers part-time hours with a fixed weekend schedule and a pay rate of $18.00 per hour. CPR/First Aid certifications are preferred, and all applicants will undergo background checks and drug screening as required by law.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing and operations location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking lots, shipping and receiving areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and vehicle traffic, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Support a professional environment by communicating observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership and/or appropriate emergency responders.
