Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Milwaukee, WI to serve clients across a range of industries, including automotive locations. You will conduct routine vehicle patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service while following site policies.

A valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving history is required. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred, and a state security license is also preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required per Allied Universal driver policy.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document observations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of automotive manufacturing, warehouse, office, parking, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, contractor, and delivery entry procedures.
• Maintain detailed activity logs and incident reports for leadership.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a dynamic automotive location, you will conduct routine vehicle patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of automotive manufacturing, warehouse, office, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, unauthorized access, and potential hazards.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, contractor, and delivery entry procedures in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Maintain detailed activity logs and incident reports, communicating relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
