Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Milwaukee, WI. You will perform routine vehicle patrols, maintain a visible security presence, and deliver strong customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment.

This full-time position requires a valid driver’s license, 18+ years old, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Pay is $18.50 per hour with varied day shifts; join a team that values safety and integrity.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of automotive manufacturing, warehouse, office, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, unauthorized access, and potential hazards.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, contractor, and delivery entry procedures in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Maintain detailed activity logs and incident reports, communicating relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a dynamic automotive location, you will conduct routine vehicle patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service.
