Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Vehicle Patrol Driver in Irvine, CA. You will conduct vehicle and foot patrols, deter incidents, respond to security concerns, and provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with laws.
• A drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, patients, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following healthcare location protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and report unauthorized entry, suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications per site requirements.

What You'll Do:
