Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, guests, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols to deter unauthorized activity and spot security concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting suspicious behavior or maintenance issues.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies per established protocols and notify management.

As a Security Officer Upscale Boutique in Denver, CO, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you. We are seeking a highly professional and customer‑service‑oriented Security Officer to support a premier luxury retail environment. This is a highly visible, client‑facing position where the Security Officer will be among the first points of contact for customers entering the store. The ideal candidate will maintain a polished and professional appearance, including a clean, neat, and wrinkle‑free uniform, while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a strong security presence.

Pay Rate: $24.00 / Hour

• Fri 09:45 AM - 02:00 PM

How This Role Works

• Fixed‑Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, guests, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a luxury retail location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the sales floor, stock areas, entrances, and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity, reporting suspicious behavior, policy violations, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established protocols and notifying management and emergency services as appropriate.
• Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities accurately in required reports while maintaining a professional, customer‑focused presence】

Minimum Requirements

• At least one year of security‑related experience is required.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
