Job summary

Allied Universal® in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Part Time Security Officer (Unarmed) who will patrol, deter incidents, and support a safe environment for employees and visitors at a utilities location. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license and provides a flexible schedule with weekly pay.

You will deliver customer service, monitor access, document incidents, and maintain patrol records while upholding Allied Universal’s values of integrity, teamwork, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and/or vendors at a utility location by carrying out security-related procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of utility facilities, buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access to designated areas, verify visitor and contractor authorization as required.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, outages, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Maintain detailed activity logs, incident reports, and patrol records.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
