Allied Universal in Houston, TX is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Unarmed Patrol Driver Inspection) to safeguard clients across Retail/Malls and related locations. You will drive and conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and deliver outstanding customer service while remaining compliant with site policies.

The position offers a Part Time schedule with varying day and evening shifts and a pay rate of $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Customer service with clients, customers and visitors following site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Perform regular unarmed patrols of the retail location including entrances and perimeter.
• Monitor for unusual activity and report observations per site procedures.
• Assist with access control and visitor directions according to procedures.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
