Job summary

First Coast Security is actively seeking Security Professionals for an on-call Flex Officer in Utah. You will patrol facilities, monitor security systems, and respond to incidents with confidence and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Valid Guard Card and First Aid/CPR/AED certification required or willingness to earn.
• Experience in security, law enforcement, military, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and radio skills; able to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Protect with Purpose: Patrol, secure, and monitor facilities using state-of-the-art technology.
• Lead with Integrity: Uphold site procedures and be the frontline face of safety, excellence, and service.
