Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Unarmed Site Patrol Observer in West Jefferson, OH to monitor and safeguard clients at commercial real estate locations. You will provide excellent customer service, maintain a visible security presence, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors, exterior areas, parking facilities, access points and perimeter areas.

• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner and document observations.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture through teamwork and integrity.

Pay Rate: $17.51 / Hour

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property interiors, exterior areas, parking facilities, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, observing visitor and contractor activity, and reporting unauthorized access concerns in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel as directed.
• Complete daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation while maintaining professional communication with building occupants and management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
