Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Perimeter Patrol in Mobeetie, TX. You will patrol, deter incidents, and maintain a welcoming environment for employees and visitors at a financial institution site.

This full-time role offers a $19.00 per hour pay rate with weekly pay. You will provide excellent customer service, respond to security-related concerns, and work a defined evening schedule from Monday through Sunday.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facility premises and perimeter locations to identify and report unusual activity.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of financial institution facilities, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate incident, patrol, and visitor documentation.
• Support a professional environment by communicating clearly with employees, visitors, and first responders while following Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
