Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents calmly and notify site contacts and emergency services as needed.
• Prepare clear incident and patrol reports for site management.

Pay Rate: $18.80 / Hour

Job Schedule

• Mon 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM
• Sun 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor access points, check credentials as directed by site procedures, and document visitor, driver, and vehicle activity.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, building interiors, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency services as needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities, and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
