Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and escalations with calm, problem-solving approach and report to site contacts.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor and delivery credentials per procedures; maintain logs and reports.
• Communicate conditions to site personnel and follow escalation procedures.

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

• Mon: 09:00 AM - 05:30 PM
• Tue: 09:00 AM - 05:30 PM
• Wed: 09:00 AM - 05:30 PM
• Thur: 09:00 AM - 05:30 PM
• Fri: 09:00 AM - 05:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a transportation‑related location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, promptly reporting observations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, loading zones, business perimeter, and other assigned areas to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and delivery credentials in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports.
• Observe conditions that may require attention, communicate relevant information to site personnel, and follow established escalation procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
