Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol with two years of security experience in San Leandro, CA. You will monitor the premises, deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to clients and staff.

This full-time role requires a HS diploma, background and drug screens, and adherence to site policies. The schedule includes night shifts with a regular routine across a financial institution site.

• Prepare accurate activity logs and incident reports and maintain professional communications.

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Two Year Experience in San Leandro, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed foot and/or vehicle patrols of banking areas, offices, parking facilities, entrances, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site policies, assisting with direction, credential verification, and escalation of concerns when appropriate.
• Prepare accurate activity logs and incident reports, maintain professional communications, and support a welcoming environment for clients and staff.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least two years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
