Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or employees while carrying out site-specific, security-related procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the distribution facility, parking areas, loading docks, trailer yards, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers entering restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Document patrols, observations, incidents, and visitor activity accurately in required reports and/or electronic systems.

What You'll Do:
