Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor and report access-control concerns, suspicious activity, equipment damage, and other security incidents.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with site personnel and emergency responders.
• Follow location protocols and wear required PPE while performing duties.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

Mon 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of refinery facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor and report access-control concerns, suspicious activity, equipment damage, and other security-related incidents in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site personnel and emergency responders when required.
• Follow chemical processing location protocols, including required personal protective equipment and restricted-area requirements, while completing assigned duties.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
