• Minimum 6 months of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Subject to background investigation in line with laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws; may be required.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

• Monitor entrances, waiting areas, hearing rooms, and surrounding areas for unusual activity and report concerns to site contacts or appropriate personnel.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, disruptive behavior, and critical situations, following reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, public areas, offices, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or security concerns.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and visitor/access records as required by site procedures.

What You’ll Do

Minimum Requirements

• Possess at least six months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
