Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $15.30 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 04:00 PM - 08:00 PM
• Tue: 04:00 PM - 08:00 PM
• Wed: 04:00 PM - 08:00 PM
• Thur: 04:00 PM - 08:00 PM
• Fri: 04:00 PM - 08:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout commercial property buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or access concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, provide directions and assistance, and report suspicious activity or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
