Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Unarmed Patrol Hazard Identification) in King of Prussia, PA. You will provide exceptional customer service while patrolling retail locations, monitoring access, and addressing security needs with integrity.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and retail staff by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, stock areas, and perimeter locations, to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures.
• Monitor access points and observe customer and visitor activity to help deter theft, unauthorized access, and other security-related concerns.
• Document incidents, patrol observations, and security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

What You’ll Do

Minimum Requirements
