Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, tenants, visitors, and shoppers while following site policies.

• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of retail areas, parking, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and report hazards, maintenance needs, and violations.
• Complete daily activity and incident reports per site requirements.

You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor assigned areas, and provide outstanding customer service and communication to visitors, tenants, and staff. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $20.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• Sun 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, tenants, visitors, and shoppers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
