Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver in Racine, WI. This full-time role requires patrolling, providing customer service, and maintaining a visible security presence at a retail location.

Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles, and pass a background check and drug screen. Shifts run daily from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with pay at $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail and mall location.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, sales areas, common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and delivery activity, reporting unusual conditions and documenting incidents in accordance with site procedures.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and communicate security-related observations, incidents, and concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
