Qualifications

• Minimum two years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location by observing personnel, visitors, and vehicle activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, documenting observations and notifying site contacts.
• Assist with maintaining orderly movement of people and vehicles around shipping and receiving operations.

As a Security Officer Experienced Unarmed Patrol Driver in ROSEVILLE, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and drivers. Pay Rate: $19.40 / Hour

Day Time Wed 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM
Thur 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM
Fri 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM
Sat 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM
Sun 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by observing personnel, visitors, and vehicle activity and following site-specific entry and visitor procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate site contacts as directed.
• Assist with maintaining orderly movement of people and vehicles around shipping and receiving operations while reporting unusual or security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least two years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
