Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver in Clifton Hill, MO. You will provide customer service, conduct patrols, monitor access, and respond to incidents while upholding Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, caring, and integrity.

Requirements include at least 1 year of security experience, a valid driver's license, and potential baton/handcuffing certifications.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Baton certification is preferred.
• Experience with handcuffs, pepper spray, and batons is preferred.
• Handcuffing certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors by following security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, access points, and perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location and verify visitor/contractor authorization per site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and notify appropriate personnel or emergency services when needed.
• Report maintenance concerns and other security-related issues to site leadership.

A Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver in Clifton Hill, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Driving Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond professionally to site needs. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

• Mon: 07:00 AM - 05:00 PM
• Tue: 07:00 AM - 05:00 PM
• Sat: 07:00 AM - 05:00 PM
• Sun: 07:00 AM - 05:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology, media, or telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and support adherence to site procedures.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site requirements, and maintain accurate activity and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and request emergency services when needed.
• Assist with maintaining a professional, orderly environment by reporting maintenance concerns, unauthorized access attempts, and other security-related issues to site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Baton certification is preferred.
• Experience with handcuffs, pepper spray, and batons is preferred.
• Handcuffing certification is preferred.
