Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• A drug screen is required to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology-focused location while following site procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify and report hazards, policy concerns, or unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity to support controlled entry to restricted areas and accurate documentation of arrivals and departures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner following escalation and reporting protocols.
• Complete detailed activity reports and shift communications while maintaining a professional presence.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
