Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol in Alpharetta, GA to protect people, property and assets across a technology-focused site. You will maintain a visible presence, monitor access, respond to incidents, and document activities with accuracy.

This full-time role requires 3+ years security-related experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass background checks and a drug screen.

Formación

• 3+ years of security-related, law enforcement, military police, or military experience.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the business interior, exterior, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and policy violations.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation while communicating relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Computer Operations in Alpharetta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. What You'll Do
