• Provide customer service to personnel, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior areas, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, directing authorized visitors, and reporting unauthorized access attempts according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation while communicating observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol in Lincoln, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to concerns, communicate clearly with employees and visitors, and provide exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
