As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic educational campus, maintaining a visible presence that helps deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, communicate professionally with students, staff, and visitors, and provide exceptional customer service while reporting concerns. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, campus policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of campus buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout assigned areas, reporting unusual conditions, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Document patrol activity, incidents, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to supervisors and campus contacts.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
