• Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports and communicate handoffs professionally.

As an Unarmed Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and badge processes. You will use computer or tablet systems as needed while delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication. DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:00 PMFri01:00 PM - 09:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying visitor, contractor, and vehicle authorization in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations and actions taken.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift handoff communications while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
