Qualifications

• Front desk security or customer-facing experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old; 21+ for armed roles where applicable.
• Background check and drug screen required per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk of a technology, media, and telecommunications location by following site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
• Greet, screen, and direct visitors, employees, contractors, and delivery personnel in accordance with access-control requirements.
• Monitor visitor activity, maintain accurate visitor records, and issue temporary credentials as authorized by site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; promptly notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Answer phones, receive inquiries, and communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related concerns.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
