• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations and communicate information to leadership and site contacts.

As a Security Officer Unarmed Licensed Medical in Wellington, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a healthcare location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned healthcare facility areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and/or potential hazards in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel as directed.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Guard card is required.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 21+ years of age for roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
