Job summary

Advantage Security Inc. (ASI) is seeking full-time unarmed Security Officers for swing/grave shifts in Denver's Cherry Hills area.

Officers will monitor access, escort individuals, and maintain security records while providing exceptional customer service to clients and staff. No prior security experience is required; candidates must meet basic requirements, obtain a Security Guard License, and be able to pass a drug screen and background check.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• US citizenship or possess the right to work permit.
• Able to pass a drug screen test and background check (to include THC).
• Fluently speak, read, and write English.
• Able to obtain a Security Guard License.
• Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office experience a plus).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control the access of employees, visitors, and contractors to client-owned buildings.
• Advise and escort individuals into spaces as needed.
• Maintain security records and reports during shifts.
• Protect property and prevent security threats; preserve order at designated properties.

Advantage Security, Inc. (ASI) has provided both security and customer service to its clients for over 31 years in the Denver and surrounding areas. We are currently seeking exceptional candidates for Full-Time Security Officer Swing/Grave Shift positions in the Cherry Hills area.

Shifts:

Swing/Grave combination shift with Wednesday and Thursdays off

Duties for a Security Officer:

Security Officers with ASI are accountable for monitoring and controlling the access of employees, visitors, and contractors to various client-owned buildings, as well as advising and escorting individuals into spaces. Officers will be required to maintain security records and reports during their shifts. Other responsibilities, of our security officers, include; the protection of property, the protection against security threats, the avoidance of hazardous situations, and preserving order at designated properties.

Basic Requirements for a Security Officer:

• 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED required
• US citizenship or possess the right to work permit
• Able to pass a drug screen test and background check (to include THC)
• Fluently speak, read, and write English
• Able to obtain a Security Guard License
