Job summary

Advantage Security, Inc. is hiring for a Full-Time Security Officer on the grave shift in the Denver area. This role requires monitoring access, reporting, and maintaining security with a customer-service focus.

No prior security experience is required, but you must be able to pass a drug screen and background check and obtain a Security Guard License. Shifts are Tue-Sat, 11 PM–7 AM. Benefits include healthcare, dental, vision, a 401(k), and free parking.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• US citizenship or possess the right to work.
• Able to pass a drug screen and background check (including THC).
• Fluently speak, read, and write English.
• Able to obtain a Security Guard License.
• Computer literate; Microsoft Office experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control the access of employees, visitors, and contractors to client buildings.
• Advise and escort individuals into spaces as needed.
• Maintain security records and reports during shifts.
• Protect property and prevent security threats.
• Preserve order at designated properties.
