Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer to safeguard clients across various industries in Scottsdale, AZ. The role offers multiple shifts, including full-time or part-time positions, with a starting pay rate of $21.00 per hour.

The ideal candidate has 12+ months of security experience, Arizona DPS guard card, and the ability to perform patrols outdoors. Must be able to use radios, cameras, and access-control systems, and complete incident reporting.

Qualifications

• Arizona driver license for over one year with clean record.
• Valid guard card/license if required by Arizona DPS.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and conduct regular patrols.
• Work outside in the elements.
• Basic ability to use computers, radios, cameras, access-control systems, and incident-reporting software.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Complete daily activity logs, incident reports, visitor records, and other required.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, or rotating shifts.

As a Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more.

Pay Rate: $21.00 an hour.

Multiple Shifts Available - FT/PT Positions

The Ideal Candidate Would Have

• 12+ months of security experience.
• Arizona drivers license for over one year - with a clean driving record
• Valid guard card/security officer license if required by Arizona DPS

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only
