Job Description

As a Security Officer TWIC Access in Brunswick, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a logistics and distribution location. You will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control activities, and provide responsive customer service. Through clear communication, teamwork, and integrity, you will help create a welcoming, well-managed environment while representing our agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture.

Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, warehouse access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying authorized entry, observing visitor and vehicle activity, and following established access-control procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and other documentation in accordance with site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a Transportation Worker Identification Credential issued by TSA.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A security professional guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
