Job Description

Allied Universal is seeking to fill the position of a Security Flex Officer. The Security Flex Officer is responsible for the safety and security of the facilities they protect. They act as a visible deterrent to crime and client rule infractions, and detect and report suspicious, unsafe, or criminal acts at or near their assigned posts, which may threaten the property, clients, guests, or employees at the site.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to deal professionally with all levels of personnel and the public.
• Licensing requirements vary by state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Driving positions require a valid Driver’s License, at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to operate a vehicle safely.
• Must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen.
• Must be available to work at multiple locations, covering various shifts including call-offs, vacations, and open shifts.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Have intermediate computer skills to operate wireless technology at client sites.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Ability to work in various environments, lift up to 40 pounds occasionally, climb stairs or ladders, and stand or walk for long periods.
