We are seeking to fill the position of a Security Flex Officer.

The Security Flex Officer is responsible for the safety and security of the facilities they protect. They act as a visible deterrent to crime, enforce client rules, and detect and report suspicious, unsafe, or criminal acts near their assigned posts, which may threaten property, clients, guests, or employees.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
2. Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with all personnel and the public.
3. Licensing requirements vary by state and/or local laws and may be needed prior to employment.
4. Driving Positions: Must have a valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 36 months, no more than one accident in the last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in the last 24 months), adequate insurance as per company policy, and the ability to operate a vehicle safely.
5. Successfully complete a background check and drug screening in accordance with laws.
6. Be flexible to work at multiple locations, covering special projects, call-offs, vacations, and open shifts.
7. Be available to work any time and day.
8. Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
9. Have intermediate computer skills to operate wireless technology at client sites.
10. Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
11. Physical requirements include working in various environments, occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds, climbing stairs or ladders, and standing or walking for long periods.
